Table ordering by QR code

Guests scan the table QR, pick dishes and send the order. Staff see it at once, with the table number attached.

  • Fewer missed orders. Each order arrives with the table label, exactly as the guest entered it.
  • Staff stay in control. Staff accept or turn down each order and mark it served, and the guest sees its status on their phone.
  • Switch it on when ready. Ordering is a setting. Turn it on for dine-in tables and keep it off where you prefer to serve the old way.

From the guest's phone to the kitchen

The guest scans the table QR, adds dishes and sends the order. It lands on the staff screen with the table's name and a sound, and the guest sees it move from new to preparing, ready and served.

All orders from one sitting are kept together, so when the guest asks for the bill everything they ordered is already on it. Staff can turn down an order with a reason, such as a sold-out dish, and the guest sees why.
